Abalone is committed to protecting the privacy of users of its website and its employees. IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller for the data processed when browsing the abalone-emploi.ch website or in the performance of our services is Abalone Switzerland SA, a public limited company with a share capital of CHF 100,000 and whose registered office is at Route De Pré-Bois 20, ICC – International Center Cointrin, 1215 Geneva 15.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED?

YOUR CURRICULUM VITAE

Your CV can be submitted to us via our website or by handing it to one of our agency consultants. You can provide it to us in response to a specific job advertisement, or for our recruitment consultants to review it for future vacancies. Your CV can also be submitted to us as part of an application made through a third-party job site.

Your CV will be stored in our shared database accessed by all agencies of the Abalone Group, and all our recruitment consultants will have access to it.

HOW IS THIS INFORMATION COLLECTED?

The data comes from the information you have entered yourself on the personal account you created on our website, or has been transmitted to us on the occasion of a forum, your visit to one of our agencies, or may have been published on a job board.

Specifically, we collect this information in several ways:

  • Through registration forms, online or offline forms (application form, registration form, etc.), or other information sheets in the context of job fairs, conferences, and others;

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The retention period of your data varies depending on the different types of processing.

Therefore, your personal data may be retained until you withdraw your consent or for three years after your last contact with our services if no mission contract has been concluded during this period.
